Hamstel Junior

Hamstel Junior School is an Academy and forms part of the group of schools under Portico Academy Trust. 

We are a large 5 form entry junior school in Southend on Sea with 589 pupils on role.

As a Lead School for music, we will be collaborating on designing a CPD programme and co-delivering the CPD sessions with the curriculum lead at Essex Music Service.

We will also support schools to review and develop their music provision to support them to give more children access to music.
